In Person & Virtual

Compassionate guidance through life’s later seasons.

Life moves in seasons. Whether you are living well and planning ahead, navigating a diagnosis, caring for someone you love, or honoring a life that has ended — you do not have to walk this alone.

I provide grounded, non-medical support that brings clarity, steadiness, and meaningful connection to life’s final chapters.

Living Well & Preparing with Intention

For individuals of any age — healthy, newly diagnosed, aging, or simply curious about preparing thoughtfully.

Together we can:

• Clarify values, wishes, and priorities

• Have honest conversations about what matters most

• Understand the natural process of dying — without fear

• Explore emotional and spiritual questions

• Create legacy letters or storytelling projects

• Design a Living Celebration of Life

• Shape simple rituals inspired by nature and personal tradition

Preparation is not about focusing on death. It is about living with intention.

Support During the Dying Season

For the months, weeks, or final days of life.

When things feel fragile or uncertain, I offer steady presence and practical guidance.

This may include:

• Bedside or vigil presence

• Helping families understand what is normal in the dying process

• Caregiver respite and nervous system grounding

• Companion support for children

• Non-medical emotional and ritual support for MAiD

• Simple bedside ceremonies

• Gentle nature-based moments, when appropriate

I work collaboratively with hospice teams and care professionals to support the human experience of this season.

Remembrance & Ongoing Support

After a life has ended, there is still meaning to be shaped.

I offer:

• Eulogy and obituary writing

• Custom memorial ceremonies

• Ceramic memorial pieces incorporating ashes

• Memorial garden design

• Gentle grief companionship

• 6- or 12-month private support journeys for steady guidance through transition

These ongoing journeys include regular private sessions, emotional grounding, legacy work, and support navigating family dynamics.

This is not therapy or crisis intervention.

It is structured, compassionate companionship through meaningful life transitions.

Sunset Conversations

I host small-group gatherings called Sunset Conversations — guided, respectful discussions about life, death, and what matters most.

These circles create space for honest reflection and help families build comfort around conversations often avoided until crisis.

Scope of Practice

I do not provide medical, legal, or financial services, and I do not complete paperwork.

My role is non-medical and collaborative. I work alongside families, hospice professionals, and care teams to support emotional clarity, communication, ritual, and presence.
